Our cancellation policy is two hours prior to the start of class. If you cancel within the two-hour window or no-show, you will be subject to a “late cancel fee” of $10 beginning July 1, 2024.

In order to avoid incurring a late cancellation fee, registered students must cancel at least 2 hours before the start of class. No shows will also be charged a $10 fee.

This policy extends to all students, including unlimited monthly membership holders, class pack holders, and individual drop-ins. If you are a class pack holder or drop-in purchaser and you late cancel or no-show, you will NOT lose your class credit, but you will incur the $10 fee.

Please note that the cancellation fee does not apply to workshops or events like sound baths. If you late cancel/no show to a workshop or event, you will not be charged a $10 fee, but you will be charged full price for the event.

WAITLIST PROTOCOL

If you are on the waitlist for class and you are added to the class roster, you are expected to attend class. If you cannot attend class and you need to cancel within the 2-hour late cancellation window, you will be charged a $10 fee. If you are on the waitlist for a class and do not plan to attend, it is recommended to cancel yourself off of the waitlist more than 2 hours prior to class. There is no fee associated with cancelling yourself off of the waitlist.
