In this Hatha-inspired class, you’ll experience longer holds designed to gradually build heat and strengthen the body. Expect longer holds in standing sequences that give way to more restorative postures toward the end of class, allowing you to release tension and find space. A chill out class is still a vinyasa class - you will find fluid movement, but also incorporate restorative postures. Chill Out offers you time to flow in a slow, mindful manner as you synchronize movement to breath. Afternoon get your willies out for both big and little friends. This class is geared towards Littles in the 1-3 year range and their caregivers. There will be a creative play between child inspired movement and adult focused relaxation. Class will promote development in social, motor and cognitive skills in a playful manner for Littles and a gentle nervous system reset for our Big friends.
