Hot Mat Pilates

Hot Mat Pilates is an infrared heated, music-driven, fun experience that works to sculpt and tone your muscles throughout your entire body using precise, low impact movements. Hot Slow Burn

In this Hatha-inspired class, you’ll experience longer holds designed to gradually build heat and strengthen the body. Expect longer holds in standing sequences that give way to more restorative postures toward the end of class, allowing you to release tension and find space. Chill Out

A chill out class is still a vinyasa class - you will find fluid movement, but also incorporate restorative postures. Chill Out offers you time to flow in a slow, mindful manner as you synchronize movement to breath. In this class, you will find hands-on assists, reiki energy work, as well as pranayama (breathwork), and yoga nidra.
